Short Sale Negotiations
The short sale process can be complex, time consuming, and is an area the California legislature has determined should be handled by a professional. Austin Bosarge is a licensed real estate broker and attorney, and has sheparded many short sale files. The office currently is handling nearly 60 short sale matters.
We work closely with real estate investors from around the country that are purchasing short sale properties with the intention of holding or reselling for a profit. Our firm will provide advisory services in addition to short sale negotiations to our investor clients at our standard hourly rate.
Because Turning Point Law is a licensed real estate brokerage, we can negotiate short sales and participate in the real estate commissions. Beginning April 1, our fees for short sale services will be:

$150 per month (first 2 liens) plus 1.5% of the sale price

$50 per month for each additional lien plus 0.5%

If a pending trustee's sale is within 14 days of submission, the first month's fee is an additional $350
Our fees will be paid from the real estate commissions as set forth on the HUD settlement statement or paid by the buyer.
